Please read these terms carefully before using our products and services. By purchasing from Kraftersuite, you agree to these terms and conditions.
WordPress Theme Licensing (GPL Compliance)
Our WordPress themes comply with GPL licensing requirements. You're purchasing access to premium services, not restrictions on code usage.
Theme Code License
The PHP code of our WordPress themes is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL v2+), as required by WordPress.
Under GPL, you are free to:
- Use the theme code on unlimited websites
- Modify the theme code for your own purposes
- Redistribute the modified or unmodified PHP code under GPL terms
Full GPL license text is included in the theme's GPL.txt file.
What Your License Includes
When you purchase a license from Kraftersuite, you receive access to our premium services and support:
- The GPL-licensed theme code
- Premium theme updates delivered via our update server for 1 year
- Access to our support ticketing system for 1 year
- Documentation and knowledge base access
- License key for service authentication and update delivery
License Activation
Each purchase includes one license that can be activated on a single production website. You may purchase additional licenses as needed:
- One License per Production Site: Each license provides premium updates and support for 1 production website
- Multiple Licenses Available: Purchase as many licenses as you need for your projects or client work
- Development Sites: Use on 1 development environments without requiring additional licenses
Note: As the theme code is GPL-licensed, you may use it on unlimited websites. However, premium services (updates from our servers, support access, and service-dependent features) are only available for websites covered by an active license.
Code Modification and Redistribution
As the PHP code is GPL-licensed, you are free to modify and redistribute it under GPL terms. However, please note:
Redistributed or modified copies will not have access to Kraftersuite's premium services:
- Automatic theme updates from our update servers
- Premium support ticketing system
- Documentation and knowledge base portal
- Service-dependent features that require license key authentication
Only official purchases from Kraftersuite include access to these ongoing services.
User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Product Warranties and Disclaimers
While we strive to make our products as functional and reliable as possible, we provide all products "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- Product functionality or compatibility with all hosting environments
- Continuous availability or future updates
- Error-free operation or uninterrupted service
Limitation of Liability: In no event Kraftersuite is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Refund Policy
Important: Due to the nature of digital products and instant service access, we operate a limited refund policy. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
Refunds apply to service access (support, updates, documentation) and do not affect your rights under the GPL license to use the theme code.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:
- Technical product defects: If the product files contain reproducible errors that prevent normal functionality, and we cannot provide a solution within 7 days of your support request.
- Misrepresentation: If the delivered product significantly differs from what was described in the product listing (functionality, not subjective quality opinions).
- Failed support resolution: If you contacted our support team with a legitimate technical issue and did not receive a workable solution within 7 days.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
We cannot process refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
- Finding an alternative product you prefer
- Lack of technical expertise to implement the product
- Missing required software (WordPress, hosting, etc.) as specified in product requirements
- Subjective dissatisfaction with design or quality
- Product has been downloaded and purchase was made over 14 days ago
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting limitations
- Inability or unwillingness to provide sufficient information about claimed technical issues
Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed at our sole discretion and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles:
- All payment processing and transaction security
- Customer service inquiries related to payments
- Refund processing and dispute resolution

Premium Support Services
Premium support access is the core value of your license purchase and covers:
- Product installation and setup guidance
- Bug fixes and functionality issues
- Configuration and customization questions
- Compatibility troubleshooting
- Access to our documentation and knowledge base
Support Scope
Our premium support does not include:
- Custom development or significant code modifications
- Website design or content creation
- Third-party plugin or theme conflicts (unless directly related to our theme)
- Server configuration or hosting issues
Support is provided through our ticketing system with typical response times of 24 hours during business days. We aim to resolve most issues within 3 days of initial contact.
Note: Support access requires an active license. After your license expires, you can continue using the theme, but premium support and updates will no longer be available unless you renew.
Email and Newsletter Consent
By registering a Kraftersuite account, you agree to receive emails regarding:
- Product updates, bug fixes, and new releases
- License expiration and renewal notifications
- Support ticket responses and communications
- Promotional offers and announcements
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each email or by updating your account preferences. Transactional emails (license notifications, support responses) cannot be disabled as they are essential to providing our services.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may also update our products periodically, and while updates are typically free, we do not guarantee ongoing updates or support for discontinued products.
