License and Ownership
All digital products developed and sold by Kraftersuite are our intellectual property. By purchasing our products, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited license to use them under the following terms:
- You may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, whether modified or unmodified.
- Products are for the exclusive use of the purchaser only and may not be shared with third parties.
- Our products may not be resold, redistributed, or given away in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
- Each license permits use on one (1) website only, so if you purchase multiple licenses (e.g., a 5-license bundle), you receive 5 separate licenses that can each be used on a different website.
- You may modify our products for your own use, but modified versions remain subject to these same license terms.
User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Product Warranties and Disclaimers
While we strive to make our products as functional and reliable as possible, we provide all products "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- Product functionality or compatibility with all hosting environments
- Continuous availability or future updates
- Error-free operation or uninterrupted service
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Refund Policy
Important: Due to the nature of digital products, we operate a limited refund policy. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:
- Technical product defects: If the product files contain reproducible errors that prevent normal functionality, and we cannot provide a solution within 7 days of your support request.
- Misrepresentation: If the delivered product significantly differs from what was described in the product listing (functionality, not subjective quality opinions).
- Failed support resolution: If you contacted our support team with a legitimate technical issue and did not receive a workable solution within 7 days.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
We cannot process refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
- Finding an alternative product you prefer
- Lack of technical expertise to implement the product
- Missing required software (WordPress, hosting, etc.) as specified in product requirements
- Subjective dissatisfaction with design or quality
- Product has been downloaded and purchase was made over 14 days ago
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting limitations
- Inability or unwillingness to provide sufficient information about claimed technical issues
Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed at our sole discretion and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor TODO. TODO is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles:
- All payment processing and transaction security
- Customer service inquiries related to payments
- Refund processing and dispute resolution
- Tax calculations and compliance

Support Policy
Free support is included with every purchase and covers:
- Product installation and setup guidance
- Bug fixes and functionality issues

Support Limitations

- Website design or content creation
- Third-party plugin or theme conflicts
- Server configuration or hosting issues
Support is provided through our ticketing system with typical response times of 24 hours during business days. We aim to resolve most issues within 3 days of initial contact.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may also update our products periodically, and while updates are typically free, we do not guarantee ongoing updates or support for discontinued products.
