Please read these terms carefully before using our products and services. By purchasing from Kraftersuite, you agree to these terms and conditions.

WordPress Theme Licensing (GPL Compliance)

Our WordPress themes comply with GPL licensing requirements. You're purchasing access to premium services, not restrictions on code usage.

Theme Code License

The PHP code of our WordPress themes is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPL v2+), as required by WordPress.

Under GPL, you are free to:

What Your License Includes

When you purchase a license from Kraftersuite, you receive access to our premium services and support:

Lifetime Download Access vs. Update Access

When you purchase a license from Kraftersuite, you receive lifetime download access to the theme files, but update access is time-limited. Here's how it works:

  • Lifetime Downloads: You can download the theme files from your account at any time, forever. Your purchased theme will always remain available in your account for re-download.
  • 1-Year Update Access: For one year from your purchase date, you'll receive all new theme versions, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and compatibility updates.
  • After 1 Year: The version of the theme you have will continue to work indefinitely. However, you will not be able to download newer versions released after your update period expires. Any theme updates, new features, or improvements released after the one-year period will not be available to you unless you renew your license.

Example: If you purchase a license on January 1, 2025, you can download the theme anytime forever. You'll automatically receive all theme updates released until January 1, 2026. After that date, you can still download and use the theme version you have, but newer versions released after January 1, 2026, will require a license renewal to access.

License Activation

Each purchase includes one license that can be activated on a single production website. You may purchase additional licenses as needed:

Feature Access & License Activation

Some advanced theme features require an active Kraftersuite license for activation.

The core theme remains fully functional under the GPL license even without activation, but certain service-dependent features will be unavailable until a valid license key is entered. This ensures compliance with the GPL while allowing Kraftersuite to provide premium service features to licensed users.

Code Modification and Redistribution

As the PHP code is GPL-licensed, you are free to modify and redistribute it under GPL terms. However, please note:

Redistributed or modified copies will not have access to Kraftersuite's premium services:

  • Automatic theme updates from our update servers
  • Premium support ticketing system
  • Service-dependent features that require license key authentication

Only official purchases from Kraftersuite include access to these ongoing services.

User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Product Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to make our products as functional and reliable as possible, we provide all products "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Kraftersuite, its owners, affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Refund Policy

Important: Due to the nature of digital products and instant service access, we operate a limited refund policy. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Refunds apply to service access (support, updates, documentation) and do not affect your rights under the GPL license to use the theme code.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances, provided you first contact our support team and allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue:

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed at our sole discretion and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Stripe handles payment processing, transaction security, and refund-related matters.

Premium Support Services

Premium support access is the core value of your license purchase and covers:

Support Scope

Support is provided through our ticketing system with typical response times of 24 hours during business days. Most issues are resolved within 3 business days.

Note: Support access requires an active license. After your license expires, you can continue using the theme indefinitely, but premium support and theme updates will no longer be available unless renewed.

Email and Data Protection

By registering a Kraftersuite account, you agree to receive essential emails regarding product updates, support communication, and license information. Promotional offers may also be sent occasionally, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR). For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
